As a Head of Technical Assessment, I have numerous years of experience supervising and leading the technical screening team and managing the assessment process. My primary intent is to move away from the widespread whiteboard testings and focus on vetting real-world skills by evaluating technical and soft skills together.
As a DataViz Aficionado, I explore uncharted areas, bring a sense of data, and create immersive data visualizations and maps. I have extensive data analytics and data wrangling experience, supported by in-depth GIS knowledge with a broad geospatial background.
